Another really cool software upgrade! We have completed our first round of an entirely new platform build. That means big things for you as our customer.
First, there is a new look. This new look is more intuitive, better organized, and allows you to see multiple types of information all at once. There will be several blog posts on the new benefits and features of the new technology.
Let’s take a look at the new Dashboard:

The Dashboard is laid out with a familiar layout, yet there are much better features. The Cart now appears both on the left and the right upper part of the Dashboard. When you order a file, it will appear in this new area, and this gives you a much better idea of what you have already ordered without leaving the screen to go back to Media Manager.
Media Manager is now, “My Files”. FAQs, Account Features, and Orders are now accessible from one intuitive menu on the left. This menu can be collapsed to give you more room on the screen, if you need it.
New Notifications will now appear at the upper right, along with a new Support page.
We will explore each of the areas in further blog posts, but this is the general layout.
All this is being driven by a brand new backend BPP Portal that we have been working on for 2.5 years. This portal ties into everything that you have asked us to do over the last 11 years.
This Portal tracks your package, provides communication so that we know what is happening with your jobs down to the latest shipping updates, and allows us to coordinate the print floors much faster so that work gets out on time.
Coordination is the key to ensuring your job gets where it is supposed to be on time.
What’s coming?
1. Integrations with Procore and other BIM software
2. Enhanced product offerings like job site packets (OSHA and other requirements) for each job site
3. Better reporting and newly installed Notifications to help you know where everything is
4. Customer address books for easier ordering and team coordination
5. Sharable files for teams
This is a brand-new platform design that will allow us to easily and quickly roll out features that you have told us you want! Look forward to the next few blogs as we describe how to use each area of the new screens.
As always, thank you for being our customers, and let us know what you would like to see.
