Conditions of Service and Refund Policy

Blueprintsprinting.com is engaged in the business of reproducing printed materials from digital files; and building, maintaining, and providing software-as-a-service for the construction industry.

Printed materials:

Our printed materials are provided for prices clearly designated on the pricing page, checkout page, and appearing elsewhere and warrantied to be free from abnormal defects, given at the specified quantity, and shipped according to the customer specifications. We do not design, markup, or otherwise alter the digital files provided to us. We warranty only that we print the file sent to us, and only warranty that our print will be free of defects solely based on our processing of the file and not from errors contained within the file.

We also reserve the right to use third-party vendors to print, ship, and otherwise process customer documents. We do not warranty these third-party services. We provide a best effort fulfillment to ship products to customers, and do not issue refunds or any credit based on address errors, carrier errors, or other first- or third-party errors. We also do not refund for any materials that were printed correctly but damaged during shipment or damaged in any other way once it leaves our printing facility, except where the shipping carrier is held to be liable for these problems. We do not guarantee that your items will arrive on time or by when you need them. Delay of delivery shall not constitute a breach of service and is not refundable.

We do not refund on orders that are submitted incorrectly. You should designate clearly in “Customer Note” any special instructions to us on the Checkout screen. Any order that is submitted incorrectly without notes or special instructions provided by our customer service team will not be refunded. No refunds are provided for returns due to errors in shipping addresses provided to us by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service with or without cause. On any refused interaction, we will make a best effort to notify the customer, and we will refund any charges to credit cards or customer accounts.

Software:

Our software is provided as a service and for the customer’s subscription. Our services renew each month on a month-by-month, auto-renewal contract subscription basis. Customers who wish to cancel service shall do so within the month prior to renewal of service up to 5-days before the renewal date occurs. Blueprintsprinting.com will not be held liable for web site failure, acts of God, sale of business, or other acts which may cause the site to become unreachable or unusable. The customer must still notify Blueprintsprinting.com of the intent to end their subscription in the month prior to the current renewal in order to end their subscription service by email (service[a]blueprintsprinting.com) or phone call to (888) 507-1002.

Restricted access

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. Blueprintsprinting.com reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of this website, or at our discretion, this entire website. Blueprintsprinting.com may change or modify this policy without notice.

If this site provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. You alone are responsible for your password and user ID security.

You or Blueprintsprinting.com may disable your user ID and password at your or our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

In respect to copyrighted materials and drawings submitted to Blueprintsprinting.com, you grant us the right to reproduce drawings, blueprints, specification manuals, or any other material for print on paper or visual format in order to process and print your documents for you. Protection of these digital documents are done on a best effort security basis. Your documents are stored securely on cloud servers; however, breaches can occur. You are expected to erase, after print occurs, sensitive material that may be compromised due to malicious outsider attempts to gain access to your data. Blueprintsprinting.com will not be held legally liable for breaches of your sensitive data if it is not removed from your Media Manager following receipt of your prints. The erasure of the document from your Media Manager removes the content from being distributed elsewhere without your knowledge or the knowledge of Blueprintsprinting.com.

You grant Blueprintsprinting.com a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content, that is not specifically designated for print, that is not copyrighted in any existing or future media. You also grant to the right to sub-license these rights, and dismiss your right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

Blueprintsprinting.com reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or stored on the servers of , or hosted or published upon this website.

Blueprintsprinting.com’s rights under these terms and conditions in relation to user content, does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, this website.

Invitation Software Module

Policy:

The policy for receiving a $50 credit using the Invitation Software Module:

Each user invited must be a unique person. The same unique person ordering with multiple email addresses will not have their coupons honored.
A company can have multiple unique persons. Multiple unique persons invited through the invitation software module in the same company who sign up for an account will count towards the inviting party coupon.
Unique whole companies invited who sign up for an account are counted towards the receipt of the coupon. If multiple unique persons in the whole company are invited using the software module, each unique person will also count towards coupon codes.
Multiple email accounts that are tracked to one unique person will not count as an invitation nor count towards a $50 credit. The coupon and order will be denied, unless a clear chain of electronic communication is used to justify and verify that the user has been allowed by Sales or Service to receive the coupon.
Abuse of the Invitation module will be grounds to deny service for the order in question or subsequent orders from the user(s).
The $50 credit may be used at any time for a unique order, but it will not be available for multiple orders.
